This website provides travel information and inquiry collection. Submitting a form is a request for contact, not a confirmed booking, ticket, visa approval, or guarantee of availability.

Quotes and availability

Displayed prices are indicative starting prices unless a written quote says otherwise. Final pricing depends on dates, availability, occupancy, taxes, exchange rates, supplier rules, and the exact inclusions confirmed in writing.

Booking and payment

A booking becomes binding only after Wanderer Planners confirms the itinerary, applicable terms, and payment status in writing. Do not treat an inquiry acknowledgement as a confirmation.

Changes and cancellation

Cancellation, amendment, refund, airline, hotel, cruise, activity, visa, and force-majeure rules are supplier- and itinerary-specific and will be provided with the applicable quote or confirmation. Government visa decisions remain outside our control.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate traveler and document information, checking names and dates, holding required passports and permissions, following destination rules, and obtaining suitable travel insurance unless explicitly included.
