We use inquiry information to respond to your request, prepare or customize travel options, coordinate with travel suppliers when you ask us to, provide service updates, and maintain records needed for customer support and legal compliance.

Sharing

We may share relevant details with travel, accommodation, transport, visa, insurance, and payment partners only when needed to respond to or deliver a requested service. We do not sell inquiry data.

Retention and requests

We retain information only as long as reasonably required for the request, service, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email reservations@wandererplanners.com.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. Do not send passport, payment-card, or other sensitive documents through the public inquiry form unless specifically requested through an approved channel.
